FAITH
For the seasons when you can't see what God is doing. Trusting in His unseen work during the silence.

For circumstances that seem impossible. Holding fast to the promise that He is working in the waiting.

For discovering God in the middle of the waiting. Finding His peace, presence and joy in the tough times.

Speaking Ministry
Ally's ministry is dedicated to bringing hope and encouragement for any stage of life, but especially the ones that seem like they'll never end.
Speaking to groups of any size, Ally speaks on topics such as: Joy in the waiting, Being alright with being single, Identity in Christ, Sharing Christ in dark places, Intercultural Communication, Healing from church hurt, and many others.
With more than 15 years of language teaching experience, Ally also enjoys supporting and coaching others in their own speaking ministries.

Allyson/ Ally Conrad is a language professor, speaker and author who delights in helping others to tell their stories, especially stories of God in their lives.
After many years struggling with self-worth and identity, teaching/living for 6+ years in South Korea and walking in the waiting of unrequited hopes of having a successful career and being a wife and mother, AC Communications Ministry and Coaching, was born from the embrace of a loving Heavenly Father who sits in the dirt and devastation of endless waiting, and whispers, "My lovely daughter, just wait and see what I can do."
The God who is with you in the waiting is working in it. Ally explores the hope of God's presence during seasons when answers are not yet visible.
